Octomore 15.3 brings together heavyweight peating levels and variable harvests from one singular farm on Islay - Octomore farm, located just 2 miles from the distillery. At 307.2 PPM, Octomore 15.3 is our second most heavily peated release to date. Using 100% Islay barley, matured in bourbon casks and Spanish Oloroso hogsheads. Formidable smoke is countered by ripe fruit from its patient distillation.
