Aging our complex GlenAllachie spirit in this red wine cask brings elegant notes of ripe red berries, sugared almonds and sweet cinnamon. Bottled at 59.9%, unchilfiltered and natural colour, only 318 bottles are available. Waves of butterscotch, honeysuckle and mint, followed by bursts of strawberry, ginger and almonds.
