A single cask UK exclusive release from Plantation. Distilled in Trinidad distillers in 2011 this single cask was aged for 10 years in bourbon cask in Trinidad before being matured in a former cognac cask in France and finished in red wine Burgundy cask.

Nose : Intensely fruity on tropical fruits with banana, citrus, raisin, red currant, peach, raspberry, hibiscus and vanilla.

Palate : Rich and complex on toffee, almond and rose with orange and cherry.
