For this version we’ve created a spicy and full bodied DIPA using two different types of rye within the malt grist. Amarillo and Citra give a pleasant citrus backbone, with Summit and Columbus dry hops bringing notes of pepper, pink grapefruit and pine, rounded out by a marmaladey bitterness. Vegan and Gluten Free (brewed using Brewers Clarex)
