An elegant pale ale using Rakau and Motueka hops (including the futuristic lupulin liquid SubZero Hop Kief™), all grown in the Sunrise Valley in the iconic Nelson region of New Zealand. An aromatic beer with a sweet, stone fruit character encompassing notes of plum, fig and apricot, couples with a lemon-lime citrussy flair. Finishes with a clean cutting bitterness.
