Our Unbeliever series covers all things sour, from subtle & tart to face-scrunching &lip-smacking! We’ve dropped the pH but ramped up the flavour with carefully selected fruits, herbs, hops and more. This time we’ve put our own twist on the traditional gose style – ripe and juicy with a fragrant and sweet stone fruit flavour, a lick of salinity and a mouthwatering tart finish. Salty, sweet and satisfying!
