A single sherry gorda filled from Bunnahabhain distillery in 1998 and bottled in 2022. Only 587btls exist from this single barrel. A stunning colour over those 23 years from the rich oloroso barrel. Star Anise, leather, tobacco leaf, caramel, light minerals, licorice, crème caramel, slightly salty, flat coke, dark chocolate, blackcurrant, kirsch, marzipan, steam train, oyster sauce, umami, Chinese black vinegar.
