Made with 100% unpeated spirit, this eight year old was matured first in ex-Bourbon casks for 5.5 years, before spending 30 months in ex-Sauternes wine barriques. A limited release of 5990 bottles worldwide. Showcasing all the classic Western Highland characteristics you’ve come to expect from our distillery, but with added stone fruits, apricot jam, marzipan and a spicy wee green peppercorn tang in the background, we think you’ll be as delighted as us with the results.
