‘Saison Provision’, has now returned to its original format, bottle conditioned in 750ml Champagne bottles. This is the first release and sees the beer maturing an extra 2 months in bottle prior to release.
This tavern strength farmhouse beer is fermented with a house mixed fermentation culture of saison yeast and a blend of Lactobacillus and Brettonamyces. Aged in oak foudres, the resulting beer is tart, crisp, slightly sour and incredibly refreshing.
