A collaboration from Bristol distillery Circumstance and local whisky bar, The Hideout. As this is yet to reach 3yrs in oak it cannot be classed as whisky, however, the quality of these small batch releases are truely exceptional.
The spirit is Rye heavy with Rice, Corn and Barley in the mash.
Fermented long for 11 days minimum to allow all those fruity notes to get right in there and finally aged for 17 Months in an insane cask bill including first fill American oak, English oak and ex green Coffee Bean aged American Oak. Super limited to 175BTLS.
