Made at Foursquare Rum Distillery in St Philip, Barbados This 12yr rum is a blend of heavy and light  2011 vintage rums distilled on Foursquare's copper double retort pot still and its continuous twin column stills. Treacle tart and vanilla ice cream. Juicy sultanas, poached summer fruits and tart Victoria plums at the back end.
