From Sake Brewery "Koshitsukano Shuzo" which is 240yrs old and from Niigatahas. Water from the Agano River and Gohyakumangoku rice make this Sake. Fermented at low temperatures which makes the sake light and dry and from rice polised to 55%. Gozu no mine Junmai Ginjo has fruity aromas of banana, pear, melon, and rice. On the palate it's smooth and well rounded with a medium acidity. The sake is medium bodied and well balanced.
