Aged in ex French wine casks, former first fill bourbon barrels and PX sherry cask this wonderful Indian single malt is gentle and mellow on the nose. Hints of black tea, caramelised pineapple with a whiff of oak comes forward, followed by vanilla and honey from the bourbon cask. On the palate there are dark raisin, chocolate, vanilla and creamy oak with soft cooking spices. A very smooth and creamy single malt.
