Pike creek Canadian whisky is double distilled in column stills, it is then matured in Pike Creek, Ontario for 10 years with its harsh winters and long hot summers. After 10 years of being subjected to dramatic, seasonal swings in temperature, the whisky is then finished in rum barrels, imbuing it with undertones of fruit and spice that give Pike Creek its distinct character, complexity and flavour.
