For the third in this "Under the sea" range of limited edition rums, Plantation visit the Fiji Islands. a super fruity, 100% pot still rum aged for 10 years in its home climate and a further 3 in France. the result is a wonderfully fruity pot still rum dominated by bitter orange, tropical fruits and ends with a spicy finish. the nose is of baked pastries, almond, banana and french toast.
