A first for Irish whiskey, or any really?! A release of only 700btls of a collab between London ginger beer + cider producers Umbrella and Dublin based Teeling distillery. This Irish whiskey was finished for 8 months in former bourbon barrels that had been maturing a whisky finished ginger beer for 2 years before being given back to Teelings. Expect flavours of ginger, rich molasses and subtle hints of malt, and a finish with a hint of lasting spice.
