Inchmurrin’s character style is typically fruity, floral and soft with Thompson Bros quoted as it reminding them of the wonderfully fruity Irish pot still style. Nose: Green apples, chamomile tea, osmanthus, crisp green peppers, mellow oak spice; cloves, ginger, mace and vanilla. Very bright, fresh and fruity with tropical notes and lime peel.
Palate: Tropical fruits continue, with pineapple, lychee, dried mango. Green apple peel, citrus peel and a hint of the wood spice from the nose
