A hop-forward beer series inspired by a unique connection: Yakima in the US and Nelson in New Zealand, two iconic growing regions that sit on opposite sides of the world yet share the same 42 degree latitude North and South. We’ve fine-tuned the water profile and yeast pitch to get full hop saturation at a modest ABV. Double dry-hopped with Citra and Nelson Sauvin, this pale ale delivers bright notes of freshly squeezed orange juice, crushed red grapes, and green fruit pastilles.
