The very essence of provenance, this single cask demonstrates the many variables that create their single malt - barley type, growing region, humidity, climate, distillation, cask, age and location. This release was distilled in 2008 using Optic barley. It was aged for 15 years making it one of the oldest expressions of the series to date. This cask was a 3rd fill Syrah red wine cask and only 300btls came from the cask.
