This is a single cask rum from Trinidad Distillers aged in the Caribbean and finished in a red wine octave at Edinburgh’s Holyrood Distillery. Laden with berry fruit flavours, this is a sticky spirit with notes of raspberries, dates and caramel, underpinned by cola and oak spice. Only 113btls exist.
