Kenbishi Zuishou “Alchemy” uses only 100% Toku A Yamada Nishiki (the very best Yamada Nishiki from the very best fields) and the maturity allows deep, rich, complex, sumptuous flavours & aromas to evolve. Chocolate, caramel, butter, wood, nuts and dried fruits are but a few; all matched with a velvety texture and long, luxurious finish. Alchemy is an approachable koshu (aged sake).
