Willy takes the brewery’s Black Albert stout and barrel ages it in 16 years old Clynelish Wilson & Morgan whiskey casks. The aroma of roasted malts and a little soy sauce rises from the beer. The whiskey imparts a smoky, dark chocolate flavour to the beer. One for the collection, a rare, complex imperial stout.
