At Verdant they are super fond of no nonsense west coast inspired IPAs and DIPAs.  Pigs All Day is their attempt to create and refine one over multiple brews. Balanced noticeable back-end bitterness, citric and resinous pine hop notes from a big old hop bill of Amarillo, Cascade, Chinook, Centennial, Columbus, Simcoe. All backed up with a pale grist with a touch of Caramalt for direction and to bring out that bitterness.
