Pouilly-Fume with its very distinctive finesse, minerality and flint aromas is a wonderful counterpart to that other famous Sauvignon, Sancerre. Broader body with a lead of citrus notes and tropical fruits on the nose, with a deliciously deep palate and lengthy finish.
