The Elixir Story
In 1770 Dr William Faulkner came to Bath, and took up residence. He practiced there for more than fifty years, as well as serving as physician to the Bath General Hospital. Faulkner could see Bath was not immune to the ‘tartan frenzy’ of George IV's Royal Visit to Edinburgh and sought to create an elixir of royal standard around the drink of the day, Whisky.

Serve over ice or shake 70ml of the elixir with honey and serve in a rocks glass over ice.
