A locally owned Argentinian wine range. This “Malbec Joven” is 100% malbec, is 30% aged in oak and 70% aged unoaked, it comes from 6,850 plants per hectare, which produces 2 bottles per plant.
It has an intense purplish red colour. Spiced, reminiscent of fresh cherry with a subtle touch of oak. Young and very fruity with a balanced acidity.
This wine is an ideal pairing to seasoned poultry, veal, fish or red meat. It also goes well with food that has creamy or dairy sauces. And of course, excellent with chocolate.
