We created New York to be the perfect bitters for a Manhattan Cocktail. To achieve this we used old prohibition recipes for inspiration and then carefully selected our botanicals with the addition of a unique twist or two. We then Oak the bitters using oak from old whisky barrels to give them a silky and smoky tannin layer. Our New York Bitters by their design work well with many cocktails in particular whisky based drinks like the Old Fashioned.
As well as making great cocktails New York, like Gin Drop also lends itself to making delicious low alcohol drinks. Add just 3 concentrated dashes to 150ml mixer (we recomend Orange Soda) and its only 0.6%ABV.
