A warm, soft and Pear liqueur from Maison Briottet of Dijon. This delicious pear liqueur is made by macerating William pears and neutral alcohol with some crystallised sugar being added the finish. The result is a liqueur with a hearty pear flavour at the core, that's also warm and velvety on the tongue. Good to drink neat on the rocks, or try a shot of this together with a teaspoon of sugar added to a glass of fizz.
