Made from 70% organic malted wheat and 30% organic malted barley fermented on a Bavarian wheat yeast for 14 days. It was distilled through a copper whisky hood and four plate column before ageing in ex-bourbon casks and new Andean oak casks for 44 months. The result is a wheat whisky with notes of brioche, Madeira cake, ginger, and peppercorn. Only 387 bottles are available.
