The first organic release of Circumstance's rye whisky. Made with 51% malted rye and 49% malted barley fermented using a mead yeast for 14 days. This whisky was aged in a 220L ex tawny port cask. It has flavours of toasted almonds, dried apricots, dried figs, black pepper, mace and cinnamon.
