Edinburgh Gin's reinvention of Old Tom Gin takes a perfect balance of sweet and dry to new heights through distilling excellence.

Inspired by a 200-year-old recipe, our distillers have created a truly unique Old Tom. Signature vanilla takes a tasty diversion into earthy, well-rounded macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, and sarsaparilla root. Sweet and mellow on the palate with the subtle presence of tonka beans and meadowsweet flowers alongside traditional gin botanicals. Best served with crisp tonic, plenty of ice, and a lemon wedge garnish.
