Located at an altitude of 900m deep within the French Alps, the organic, mountain farm distillery crafts whiskies which are manufactured in a traditional, authentic way. A hint of wood combines with notes of candied fruit, white peaches and slightly sour pears. Gradually, the almond flavour typical of our single malts takes shape, followed by sweet, pastry-like aromas and fruity freshness.
