HIP Bowmore 13 Year Old is an Islay single malt matured in refill bourbon barrels and bottled at 46% ABV. Vanilla and smoked salt on the nose, with a squeeze of lemon adding brightness to the coastal, peated character that defines Bowmore at its most elegant. This is Islay smoke handled with restraint, balanced and approachable rather than full-on, and all the better for it. Natural colour, non-chill filtered.
