Pop is a blend of extra pale beers brewed in March 2023. Spontaneous fermentation and maturation of all the base beers took place in white Burgundy and red Bordeaux barrels. The beer was then blended and dry-hopped with large amounts of whole-leaf Simcoe and Mosaic before bottling. The bottles have matured for five months before release, allowing the miriad of flavours to integrate.
