A splendid single grain Scotch from the North British distillery, independently bottled by Signatory. Distilled in June 2009, the whisky spent 14 years maturing in a host of six bourbon barrels until it was bottled without added colour or chill filtration in 2024. Notes of runny caramel, buttery flapjack, peach, honey, milk bottle sweeties, and gentle oaken spice.
