Peat’s Beast PX finish at full cask strength. Tons of familiar peppery peat smoke and seaweed notes, complemented by sweet hints of dates, figs, and Spanish Sherry. The palate delivers a peat bite with warm undertones of clove, vanilla, chocolate, and burnt caramel, culminating in an incredibly long finish. Damp smoke, peat, TCP, seaweed then morphing into sweet syrupy burnt sugar notes from the Sherry cask.
