An undisclosed Islay single cask aged in American oak and finished in 1st Fill PX American Oak Finish (7 Months). We cant possibly disclose the distillery but there's a good chance its on the north of the Island.

Waves of peat smoke, raisins, and BBQ sauce. A sweet and smokey palate which gives way to cinnamon and cooking spices. A Huge dram.
