Salvaged grape skins are collected after pressing for wine to create Renais' base spirit, helping minimise waste whilst delivering an exceptional liquid. Natural ingredients and botanicals include juniper, grains of paradise, linden flowers and acacia honey which complete Renais's vibrant flavour profile of warming spices, floral notes and a hint of sweetness.
