This is a heavily peated expression of Bunnahabhain bottled by top independent bottlers, The Single Malts of Scotland. Strikingly smoky yet refined, it opens with chalky brine, lime and nettle on the nose, underpinned by dark chocolate. The palate delivers vibrant lime and salt with nettle cordial, minerality and high-cocoa chocolate laced with crystallised lime peel, leading to a long finish of lime leaf and dusty coal smoke.
