This rum-cask-finished single malt from Speyburn offers a twist on the distillery’s house style. The nose is layered with aromas of tropical fruits, green apples, citrus and caramelised banana, followed on the palate by notes of buttery pastry, peach, vanilla and cinnamon. This whisky is great for sipping but also pairs well with mango or pineapple in cocktails.
