This release from Islay Rum is a peated, spiced rum with orange peel, ginger and cacao nibs at its core. Its peat creates an extra layer of complexity that works well as sipping rum or in cocktails. Spicy-sweet and slightly smoky at first, then becoming more intense with hints of caramel, cinnamon and peat smoke.
