Freshly disgorged Single Malt casks were filled with the award winning O'Haras Imperial Stout, imparting the stouts wonderful rich flavours into the wood. We then refill these seasoned casks with our blend of Irish Malt, Wheat, and Grain whiskeys which bestow deeper notes of roasted coffee and cacao nibs supported by beautiful stewed berries and soft cooking spices.
One of the only Irish whiskeys to utilise Wheat Whiskey in the blend, which gives it an incredibly creamy mouthfeel with a blend of 50% Wheat whiskey, 35% Malt & 15% Grain
