This is what happens when a spirit with a short foreshots run spends 17 years in a refill cask! The result is beautifully acidic, with notes of fermenting citrus and fruits. It evokes the character of a young, well-made sugarcane spirit. A truly distillate-driven whisky – perfect for the geeks! 

Nose: Dried apricots, ginger spice, honey, fresh lime, smells like it would make a great margarita. Some funk characteristics, too. Kind of like a baby cachaça. Gummy worms.

Palate: Honeyed malt, some stone fruit, green grapes, white pepper and yellow plums.
