A mystery highland single malt aged for 14yrs with its final 3 years in a rum cask. Couldn't possibly tell you which distillery this comes from which is located 15.8miles from Inverness on the A9. Big, oily and wonderfully rich. Overripe pineapple and a hit of proper rummy funk take centre stage, supported by wet cereal. Fresh orange slices, toasted coconut and vanilla custard. Soft, bruised banana and warm toasted oak add to a wonderfully heavy, coating mouthfeel.
