Guess what we have up on this tasting for you? Seriously, guess, we wont know until we are all in the room and the bottles get opened. Your ticket includes your own mystery bottle to take home, you will choose it blind and not know what truly epic whisky you have until you open it

Thompson Bros have bottled multiple casks of Single Malt Scotch Whisky, in black glass, @ 48.5% ABV, with the same label and %abv. The true distillery and age are hidden, on a label, under the capsule.  It could be a 28yr Speyside, it could be a 13yr Bruichladdich. In fact the Mystery Malt release is a spread of casks, including casks from new-wave distilleries and stock from establishment distilleries in the 8-15yo range and a minority of casks in the 13-30yo range.

You will be trying this along with us as we work out what bottles have been opened and the price of your ticket allows you to choose your own bottle blind and take it home with you. The bottles cost £65 each which means your tasting is coming in at £20. Combined bottle and tasting tickets will be sold first and if there are any spaces left then we will open it up to anyone just wanting to join for the tasting. The bottles will be available to buy separately in the shop on an ongoing basis from launch.

Event starts at 6.30PM at Independent Spirit of Bath, 7 Terrace Walk, Bath, BA1 1LN. Your order number is your ticket. Our tasting room is downstairs in the shop so please do get in touch if you have any accessibility requirements.

Tickets are refundable up to 24hrs before the start of the event.
