It’s Autumn and that can only mean one thing – a swathe of ‘coffee’ drinkers whose drink choices taste absolutely nothing like coffee (and most of the time it’s because they contain absolutely none!). No shame here though, we’re Vault City after all… Riffing off our Toffee Apple sour from 2023, this takes complex & lightly caramelised brown sugar, cinnamon and crisp apple and blends it all up. Whipped cream optional but highly recommended.
