A delicious Barbados 2007 Vintage, a blend of pot and column still rums from West Indies Rum Distillery. Part of Platerays latest ltd edition series. Very intense and spicy on sweet cinnamon and nutmeg, roasted almonds, flambéed banana, citrus peel and soft floral notes of honeysuckle and vanilla.

Sweet-sour on citrus, custard, crême brûlée, coconut and pepper. Finish: Very long on coconut, spices, honey, anised, vanilla and hazelnut.
