Made at Foursquare Rum Distillery in St Philip, Barbados, one of the few remaining independent family owned producers in the Caribbean. Aged a minimum of six years and finished in Oloroso sherry casks for a rich, round, complex palate. Dry oak and earthy vanilla pod, with cocoa, raisins and charred banana, with a dark treacle finish.
