A spectacular recreation of traditionally produced Navy rum. Aged in bourbon casks in the countries of origin, then further aged in France using oak barrels and open wooden vats while forcing extensive oxygenation. Rich on smoked molasses and caramel and full of ripe fruit with a smooth, warm, lingering sweetness.
