A vatting of two sister casks from Thompson Bros of the heavily peated Bunnahabhain this release is 381btls. An absolute flavour bomb with notes of lapsang souchong, kombu, green tea and mezcal. Redcurrant, brambles, smoked pork glazed in oloroso. the powerful spirit is in perfect match with the oloroso casks, creating an umami-rich flavour journey.
